Who has the best nachos in the entire Yakima Valley? This is kind of a loaded question, don’t you think? (pun intended.) There are so many nachos to choose from, so little time. I just want to eat Better of nachos, Not the ones that make me say, “meh.” I look for nachos so well that they make Nacho Libre take a bite.
I asked my friends on Facebook for their suggestions on the best nachos we could find in Yakima Valley and their answers didn’t disappoint!
208 S Toppenish Ave, Toppenish, WA
My friend, Travis Lucky Pop, who owns A&B Native American Cuisine, makes these strawberry nachos look so delicious! I had no idea he and his wife, Andrea, made something like this! I haven’t tried it yet, but if it’s half as good as those Bombshells** Fry Bread Supremes they make, I’m sure they’re delicious. And it’s budget friendly because it’s only $5!

I’ve loved taco nachos for the longest time – until I tried Pork nachos. Now they are my favorite kind of nachos. But pork nachos should have a bunch of stuff on top. Things like fresh chopped onions, sour cream and ketchup. Kim’s Got Smoke is where I first tasted their pulled pork nachos ($13.50) and I’m telling you, I fell in love, you all!
5110 Teton Doctor, Yakima, Washington
My friend Carol says her favorite nachos are at the bar. I’ve never tried nachos, but looking at the menu makes me want to go there now! The nachos at The Pub contain ground beef, black beans, pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and sour cream. yum.
4000 Creekside Loop, Yakima, Washington
I forgot how much I love the Thai nachos at WaterFire! Once my boyfriend took me there for lunch and I ordered nachos. They were so good and it was so cute that I had to order a box to go so I could cover them in peace! WaterFire’s Thai nachos are so unique and TWANGY that your taste buds will water and make you say, “Sugar, pass the sweet peach tea!” With a southern accent. Here’s what’s in their signature nachos: GOLDEN WONTONS! The wontons are drenched in chicken marinated in a Thai-inspired sauce plus basil, ponzu (whatever that is, I already forgot), jalapenos, cheese, and peanuts that have been toasted with peanut sauce, and slaw. I told you it was really unique!
Nachos fool Karen, Asada, or Supreme
5110 Tieton Dr #270 at Glenwood Square in Yakima, Washington or 2529 Main St Suite D24 in Union Gap, WA
My friend Lisa thinks Xochimilco nachos are the bomb, say the kids. You haven’t said which version of nachos you like, but Xochimilco offers three different types: with ground beef (carne), asada (roast beef), or supreme. I guess the top nachos are covered with sour cream?
606 S 36th Ave, Yakima, Washington
My FB friend John says the nachos at Mariscos Nayarit are the best. I checked the menu someone posted online and the description makes me ready to taste these delicious nachos myself. Check it out: Nachos “served with your choice of chicken or beef, beans, jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, guacamole, cilantro, and sour cream.”
